Cookie Cups

Press cookie dough on and all around a jumbo muffin cup, and bake for fun, edible cookie cups to fill with ice cream and other sweet treats.

Servings: 12 servings (1 serving = 1 Cookie Cup)
  1. Thaw cookie pucks 5-10 minutes.
  2. Invert jumbo muffin pan and spray back of pan then add jumbo paper baking cups.
  3. Stack 2 pucks, 1 on top of the other; press to flatten into a large 1/2-inch thick piece.
  4. Place over paper liners and bake as directed below; allow to cool completely before removing from paper liners.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 4 minutes of baking.
