Simply a brownie in cookie form… and just as moist and chocolaty.

  1. Empty brownie mix into mixer bowl fitted with paddle attachment and add water slowly, using while mixing on low speed for 1 minute.
  2. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle; add eggs and mix on low speed additional 30 seconds.
  3. Deposit dough using #20 scoop in 4x6 pattern onto parchment-lined full sheet pan.
  4. Bake as directed below and allow to cool before serving.
