Chocolate Sandwich Cookie Blondies

Sandwich cookie pieces folded into a yellow-cake batter magically transform into moist, crowd-pleasing desert bars.

Creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookie pieces, medium

  1. Mix brown sugar, butter and eggs in mixer bowl with paddle attachment on low speed 1 minute.
  2. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle; mix on low speed an additional 1 minute.
  3. Add cake mix and mix 2 minutes on low speed or until well combined. DO NOT OVERMIX.
  4. Fold in cookie pieces; deposit dough evenly into greased or parchment-lined full sheet pan.
  5. Bake as directed below and allow to cool before portioning.
