  1. Pour water, cereal and molasses into mixing bowl; stir until well blended.
  2. Add muffin mix; mix using whisk or rubber spatula until batter is smooth.
  3. Fold grated carrots and walnuts into fully mixed batter.
  4. Deposit 1 lb 7 oz batter into 6 greased loaf pans and bake as directed below.
