  1. Place frozen scones on parchment-lined sheet pan.
  2. Bake as directed below until lightly browned for a softer texture; allow to cool.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 12 minutes of baking.
Service
  1. Per portion, place one cooled scone into food processor; pulse until pieces are breadcrumb-size then transfer to mixing bowl.
  2. Mix milk and starch thickener until smooth; mix 1/4 cup into scone crumbs.
  3. Gently stir scone as needed until liquid is absorbed, approx. 15-30 minutes; drain off any excess liquid.
  4. Press back into scone shape and drizzle with 1 Tbsp yogurt and serve.
