Biscuit Croutons

Cut biscuits into little squares, toss with herbs and bake -- and voila! Fresh, just-baked croutons.

Italian seasoning

  1. Cut baked biscuits into approx. 1/2 to 3/4-inch cubes; place in large bowl.
  2. Add olive oil and Italian seasoning; toss gently until biscuits are well-coated.
  3. Place on parchment-lined full sheet pan and bake as directed below until crisp and lightly brown; use as desired.
