  1. Empty thawed muffin batter into large mixing bowl.
  2. Deposit #20 scoop of batter onto 2 parchment-lined sheet pans in a 3x4 pattern.
  3. Bake as directed below and cool completely.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 4 minutes of baking.
Assembly
  1. Place approx. 1 oz vanilla pudding onto center of muffin top; arrange 3 oz sliced strawberries around pudding.
  2. Pipe a large rosette (approx. 0.75 oz) whipped topping on then top with remaining muffin top and serve.
