  1. Pipe 1/3 cup (3 oz) yogurt into each serving bowl; add 3/4 cup (3 oz) mixed berries and a #20 scoop (2 oz) almond butter.
  2. Sprinkle on 1/4 cup (1 oz) granola and 1 tsp almonds and serve cold.

  • Parfait Prep: Layer in 12 oz cup, 1/2 cup (2 oz) berries, #20 scoop (2 oz) almond butter, 1/3 cup (3 oz) yogurt, 1/4 cup (1 oz) berries, 1/4 cup (1 oz) granola and 1 tsp almonds; cover with tight lid for serving. (Keep granola topping in a separate container so it remains crunchy and allows for advanced prep.) Create parfait minis by reducing the amount of ingredients and using smaller serving containers as desired.
