Kiwi, peeled, 1/4-inch slices, quartered

  1. Pipe 1/3 cup (3 oz) yogurt into each serving bowl; add 1/2 cup (2 oz) strawberries and 1/4 cup (2.5 oz) quartered kiwi pieces.
  2. Top with 1/4 cup (1 oz) granola and serve cold.

  • Parfait Prep: Add quartered kiwi pieces and strawberries in bottom of 12 oz parfait cup; press 4 kiwi slices against sides of cup while piping in yogurt then top with granola, cover and serve. (Keep granola topping in a separate container so it remains crunchy and allows for advanced prep.) Create parfait minis by reducing the amount of ingredients and using smaller serving containers as desired.
