Whole Grain-Rich Fruit Cocktail Rainbow Bars

Gold Medal™ Whole Grain Variety Muffin Mix jump starts a fruity, sprinkle-topped snack bar.

Fruit cocktail, canned in juice, undrained

Nutmeg, ground

Cinnamon, ground

Rainbow sprinkles

  1. Pour fruit cocktail into large mixing bowl; add muffin mix and spices.
  2. Mix using a rubber spatula until blended. DO NOT overmix.
  3. Deposit batter into parchment-lined, or greased full sheet pan; spread batter evenly.
  4. Add 1/4 cup sprinkles evenly over batter.
  5. Bake as directed below; cool completely and cut into 64 portions, 4x16 cutting pattern.
