Trix™ cereal is added to pancake batter then served with a drizzle of icing for a sweet breakfast treat.

Batter
  1. Mix water and pancake mix in mixing bowl using whisk until batter is blended and smooth.
Assembly
  1. Deposit 2 oz batter onto lightly greased griddle pre-heated to 375°F; add 1 Tbsp of Trix cereal onto batter.
  2. Cook 1 1/2 minutes on each side, or until pancake turns brown and edges begin to dry; keep warm.
Finishing
  1. Heat icing in microwave-safe bowl stirring every 10 seconds until warm and thinned.
  2. Place 2 pancakes on serving plate and drizzle with 1 Tbsp warmed icing.
  3. Garnish with 1 Tbsp Trix cereal and serve immediately.
