Pancake batter goes s'mores-style with chocolate chips and Golden Grahams™ cereal and served with marshmallow creme.

Batter
  1. Mix water and pancake mix in mixing bowl using whisk until batter is blended and smooth.
Assembly
  1. Deposit 2 oz batter onto lightly greased griddle pre-heated to 375°F; add 1 Tbsp of Golden Grahams cereal and 2 tsp chocolate chips onto batter.
  2. Cook 1 1/2 minutes on each side, or until pancake turns brown and edges begin to dry; keep warm.
Finishing
  1. Place 1 pancake on serving plate and top with 1 Tbsp marshmallow creme; add 1 additional pancake with and an additional 1 Tbsp marshmallow creme.
  2. Garnish with 1 Tbsp Golden Grahams cereal and 1 Tbsp chocolate chips; serve immediately.
