Pretzels, broken into 1/2-inch pieces

Potato chips, broken into 1/2 to 1-inch pieces

Prep
  1. Remove plastic from frozen blondie brownie sheet, run a knife along the inner edge of the cardboard liner to release.
  2. Remove cardboard packaging and invert blondie brownie onto a cutting board, blondie side down.
  3. Remove the parchment liner on the bottom; flip blondie brownie onto a half sheet pan lined with greased parchment paper, blondie side up.
Assembly
  1. Spread vanilla icing over the entire blondie brownie to fully cover.
  2. Distribute the pretzels, potato chips, and popcorn over icing, then gently press to make pieces stick.
  3. Melt chocolate icing in microwave until pourable; drizzle over top.
  4. Refrigerate uncovered for 1 hour, then cut into 3x2-inch pieces and serve. 

  • Substitute or add any snack toppings you’d like, try with roasted peanuts or chocolate coated candies.
