Gelatin
  1. Pour 1/2 cup hot water into small bowl; add gelatin and food coloring.
  2. Stir until dissolved and set aside.
Batter
  1. Pour 1/2 of cool water into mixer bowl fitted with paddle attachment; add white cake mix and blend on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  2. Add remaining water gradually while mixing on low speed; stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle.
  3. Mix batter on low speed for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Deposit 1/2 of batter into a greased/floured or parchment-lined/greased full sheet pan.
  5. Add dissolved gelatin to remaining batter in mixer bowl and mix on low speed for 1 additional minute.
  6. Pour strawberry batter in ribbons over batter in pan; swirl together with spatula to create marbling.

Citrus Glaze
  1. Sift powdered sugar as needed.
  2. Combine sugar, juices and lemon zest in mixing bowl; whisk until well combined.
  3. Spread glaze over completely cooled cake.
