Oats and whole grain muffin mix give these peanut butter cookies a chewy texture to enhance the classic flavors of this popular favorite.

Quick oats, dry

  1. Stir water, peanut butter and brown sugar in mixing bowl with whisk until well blended.
  2. Add muffin mix; whisk until well blended. Do not overmix.
  3. Fold raisins into batter; deposit dough using #20 scoop into oatmeal and roll to cover.
  4. Place in 4x6 pattern on greased or parchment-lined full sheet pans and bake as directed.
