Waffles
  1. Combine water, muffin mix, eggs, and mustard into mixing bowl; stir with wire whisk until smooth.
  2. Deposit batter using #10 scoop (approx. 3.25 oz) onto well oiled waffle iron preheated to 375°F. Bake 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Assembly
  1. Prepare hot dogs according to package directions; hold warm.
  2. Place hot dog into prepared waffle.
  3. Distribute 1 Tbsp chili, cheese sauce and bacon evenly to each hot dog.
  4. Fold waffle edges upwards to form a hot dog bun; serve immediately.
