Muffuletta Breakfast Sandwiches

Bring the best of an Italian deli to your breakfast menu! This tangy, salty, and savory sandwich features Pillsbury™ Easy Split™ Biscuits, a quartet of meats, and punchy giardiniera, topped with a fried egg.

Biscuits
  1. Dip frozen dough puck into water and press into sesame seeds to coat.
  2. Place onto a parchment-lined sheet pan then add another parchment piece and an additional sheet pan on top.
  3. Bake as directed and keep warm.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 8 minutes of baking.
Assembly
  1. Separate warm Biscuits and place approx. 1 oz giardiniera on bottom piece.
  2. Add 2 slices each of Soppresata and Mortadella then 1 slice each of mozzarella and provolone cheeses.
  3. Add 2 fried eggs, 1 slice of ham and 2 slices of salami.
  4. Top with an additional 1 oz giardiniera, then top biscuit piece; serve immediately.
