This super sandwich stack is a fun twist on a beloved classic.

Mortadella, 1/4-inch thick slices, fried, held warm

Hashbrown patty, prepared, held warm

Fried egg, prepared

Calabrian chili mayo, prepared
1 Tbsp
Prep
  1. Prepare biscuit dough according to package directions.
Assembly
  1. Split warm biscuits in half and place 2 cheese slices on bottom half of biscuit.
  2. Fold over 2 fried mortadella slices and stack on top, followed by 1 hashbrown patty.
  3. Add 1 fried egg then spread Calabrian chili mayo over remaining biscuit piece and place on top.
  4. Use a sandwich pick if desired and serve immediately.
