BLT Croissant Sandwich

The classic BLT takes on a new look a flaky croissant bun that will be memorable for your customers!

Mayonnaise

Bacon, thick-cut slices, cooked
2 each
Tomato slice, 1/4-inch thick
1.50 oz

Lettuce leaf

  1. Split warmed croissant bun in half; spread 1 1/2 tsp mayonnaise on each cut side.
  2. Toast on grill or under broiler until golden brown, approx. 1 minute.
  3. Cut cooked bacon pieces in half; place bottom croissant piece down and add 4 pieces of bacon.
  4. Top with 1 tomato slice, 1 lettuce leaf and remaining croissant piece; serve immediately.

  • Serve as a Grab-and-Go by only placing bacon on the croissant, then keep tomato, lettuce and mayo separate.
