Assembly
  1. Place biscuit pucks in 3x4 pattern on parchment-lined full sheet pan.
  2. Thumbprint deep into each biscuit puck to create approx. 1-inch diameter well in center.
  3. Add #30 scoop (1 oz) of goat cheese into each biscuit thumbprint and press to flatten.
  4. Top goat cheese evenly with 1/2 Tbsp (0.5 oz) of pepper jelly; bake as directed until biscuit is golden brown.
