Double Fudge Brownie Crisps

Get all the decadence of a chocolate chip brownie in a thin, crisp wafer cookie.

Butter, unsalted, softened

Dark corn syrup
6 oz
2/3 cup
Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

  1. Add brownie mix, butter and corn syrup to bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment; mix on low speed for 2 minutes.
  2. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and add chocolate chips; mix on medium speed an additional 1 minute.
  3. Deposit #70 scoops of batter onto parchment-lined full sheet pan in 3x5 pattern; top with parchment paper.
  4. Press firmly with additional sheet pan to flatten cookies to approx. 1/4-inch thick.
  5. Remove extra pan and parchment and bake as directed below; cool before serving.
