Sweet, salty, spicy and crunchy! A savory corn muffin gets a spicy caramel topping covered with popcorn.

Batter
  1. Add water and muffin mix into mixing bowl; stir with wire whisk until blended and smooth.
  2. Fold in cheese and corn; stir until combined. DO NOT OVERMIX.
  3. Deposit batter using #16 scoop, into greased or lined muffin cups.
  4. Bake as directed below and allow to cool.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 5 minutes of baking.
Finishing
  1. Stir caramel sauce and sriracha in a mixing bowl until combined.
  2. Fill pastry bag with icing; pipe 0.75 oz over completely cooled corn cake; press into popcorn.
  3. Drizzle approx. 1 tsp of caramel and sriracha mixture on top; serve immediately.
