  1. Pipe 3.5 oz thawed batter into greased standard muffin pans.
  2. Bake as directed below and allow to cool briefly before finishing.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 7 minutes of baking.
Finishing
  1. Combine sugar and cinnamon in small mixing bowl.
  2. Dip all sides of muffin into melted butter, then toss into cinnamon sugar mixture; place on wire rack to cool before serving.

  • Make Mini Churro Muffins by reducing the amount of batter piped into mini muffin pans.
