  1. Mix water and pancake mix in mixing bowl using whisk until batter is blended and smooth.
  2. Deposit 2 oz batter onto lightly greased 375°F griddle; sprinkle on 1 1/2 oz chocolate chips.
  3. Cook 1 1/2 minutes on each side or until pancake turns golden brown and edges begin to dry.
  4. Add peanut butter and filling to pastry bag; pipe 1 oz onto each pancake for serving.
