Banana Coconut Cream Pie Parfaits

Layer bananas, shredded coconut and yogurt in tropical parfaits topped with Golden Grahams™ cereal.

  1. Place 1/4 cup (approx. 1.5 oz) fresh sliced banana in bottom of each 12 oz parfait cup.
  2. Add 1 Tbsp shredded coconut to each parfait.
  3. Pipe 1/4 cup (2 oz) yogurt on top of coconut.
  4. Repeat layers (1/4 cup fresh sliced banana, 1 Tbsp shredded coconut, 1/4 cup yogurt).
  5. Top with 3 Tbsp cereal, cover with domed lid and serve.

  • Tip: These can be made 1 day in advance (hold on adding cereal until serving); keep refrigerated no longer than 2 days.
