Beef burger patty, fully cooked, held warm

Onions, thinly sliced, caramelized

Calabrian Chili Cream Cheese
  1. Add cream cheese and Calabrian chilis to a mixing bowl; stir until smooth and combined.
Assembly
  1. Split thawed croissant bun in half and place cut sides on preheated griddle to toast.
  2. Place bottom piece on serving plate and spread with 1 Tbsp of Calabrian Chili Cream Cheese.
  3. Add 1 cooked burger patty, 1/4 slice of cheese, and 1 1/2 tsp caramelized onions.
  4. Add a 2nd cooked burger patty, another 1/4 slice of cheese, and 1 1/2 tsp caramelized onions.
  5. Add remaining bun piece and serve immediately.

  • Switch up the cheese to pepper jack for an even spicier burger!
