Breakfast sandwiches get an upgrade swapping a biscuit for a croissant...like this one with egg whites, turkey sausage and Muenster cheese.

Turkey sausage patty

Muenster cheese, slice

Egg whites, cooked

Prep
  1. Bake croissants as indicated on package; allow to cool for 1 hour.
Assembly
  1. Slice cooled croissant in half; place 1 turkey sausage patty on bottom piece.
  2. Add cooked egg whites then top with 1 slice Munster cheese and remaining croissant piece.
  3. Wrap and serve warm.

  • Add avocado and tomato slices if serving immediately for extra color and texture. Cook egg whites with 1/2 tsp fresh herbs for a flavor boost if desired.
