Who wants a regular bacon egg and cheese sandwich when they can have this deluxe version on a Pillsbury Croissant Bun!

Egg patty, fully cooked, held warm

American cheese slice

Bacon, thick cut slices, cooked

  1. Split warmed croissant bun in half and cut cooked bacon pieces in half.
  2. Add cooked egg patty on bottom piece, top with cheese slice and 4 bacon pieces.
  3. Place remaining croissant piece on top and serve warm.

  • Toast bottom and top cut sides of croissant bun prior to building this sandwich to help with any moisture migration of egg.
