Prep
  1. Spray sheet pan or dough box with pan spray then add frozen dough ball and spray top also; cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Remove from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature 15-30 minutes, then cut dough ball in half.
  3. Place dough on a lightly floured surface and dust with additional flour.
  4. Roll out each piece of dough into a disc with a 7-inch diameter; set aside, covered. 
Asian BBQ Sauce
  1. Add hoisin sauce, Japanese BBQ sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and red pepper flakes to a medium bowl; mix together until fully incorporated.
Filling
  1. Dice meatballs into approx. 1/2-inch to 1-inch pieces; add to bowl with Asian BBQ Sauce.
  2. Add carrots, cilantro, and green onions and gently toss to evenly coat.
Assembly
  1. Place each dough disc onto a lightly floured work surface.
  2. Brush water around the outer edge of each dough disc, about ¼-inch from the edge.
  3. Add approx. 1/2 cup (5 oz) of Filling to the center of each disc then sprinkle 1/4 cup (1 oz) shredded cheese on each.
  4. Fold top of the dough over the filling and crimp the edges together to seal.
  5. Brush the tops of the calzones with water and sprinkle each with 1/2 tsp sesame seeds.
  6. Bake as directed until crust is browned and filling reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
