Peaches, canned, drained

Apples, fresh, sliced

Raisins

Sunflower seeds, roasted, unsalted

Cinnamon, ground

  1. Deposit 8 oz yogurt in bottom of to-go container; arrange 1/4 cup of peaches down center of yogurt.
  2. Add 1/2 cup diced apples, placing on both sides of peaches.
  3. Sprinkle 1/8 cup raisins at one end of container, and 1 Tbsp sunflower seeds at other end.
  4. Top with cinnamon and 2 oz granola, or place in soufflé cup if desired.
  5. Serve immediately or hold under refrigeration until ready to serve.
