Prep
  1. Combine white chips, almonds and coconut in a mixing bowl; set aside.
Assembly
  1. Fill serving bowls with 6 oz yogurt (2 - #12 scoops).
  2. Top with 3 Tbsp baking chip mixture and 1/4 cup granola.
  3. Add 5 mandarin orange segments, 5 banana slices and a 1/4 tsp drizzle of honey just before serving; serve cold.

  • Turn this into a snack mix by substituting dried banana chips and dried pineapple for the fresh fruit; combine with other dry ingredients. Toss mixture with 1/4 tsp of powdered lime drink mix and 1 Tbsp honey.
