  1. Pour water and sausage into mixing bowl. Add pancake mix.
  2. Mix using whisk until batter is blended and smooth. Do not overmix.
  3. Deposit 2 oz batter onto preheated griddle set at 375°F.
  4. Grill 1 1/2 minutes on each side or until puffed and golden brown and edges begin to dry.
