Bacon Pancakes

The smokey bacon stirred into whole grain pancake batter is complemented perfectly when you serve the 'cakes with maple syrup.

Bacon, cooked, diced

  1. Pour water and bacon into mixing bowl. Add pancake mix.
  2. Mix using whisk until batter is blended and smooth. Do not overmix.
  3. Deposit 2 oz batter onto preheated griddle set at 375°F.
  4. Grill 1 1/2 minutes on each side or until puffed and golden brown and edges begin to dry.
