Pepperoni Pizza Muffins

It's pizza in a muffin, with shredded cheese, diced pepperoni and pizza sauce folded into the muffin batter.

  1. Combine water and tomato sauce in large mixing bowl.
  2. Fold in remaining ingredients; mix until well blended. DO NOT OVERMIX.
  3. Deposit #10 scoop of batter into greased or paper-lined muffin pans.
  4. Bake as directed below and keep warm for serving.
