Crispy Prosciutto Breadsticks

Thin strips of prosciutto are wrapped around biscuit ropes and baked into crisp, savory breadsticks.

Prosciutto, thinly sliced

  1. Thaw biscuit pucks, covered, for 20 minutes at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.
  2. Cut biscuit pucks in half; roll into 8-inch ropes.
  3. Slice prosciutto into 1/2-inch strips; wrap 1 strip around each breadstick, leaving some space between.
  4. Place breadsticks on lightly greased parchment-lined sheet pan and bake as directed below.
