Citrus Ginger Mocktail

Try this delightful mocktail that combines non-alcoholic ginger beer, orange juice, mint leaves and more with a rim garnish of paprika and Nature Valley™ Oats 'n Honey Granola!

Citrus Simple Syrup

Ginger beer, non-alcoholic
2 lb

Ice cubes
2 lb 4.00 oz

Grenadine syrup
2 2/3 Tbsp
Citrus Simple Syrup
  1. Add water, sugar and lemon zest to small sauce pan; heat over medium-high until boiling.
  2. Pour through fine, metal sieve; discard solids.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and allow to cool until needed.
Rim Garnish
  1. Add granola and paprika to bowl of food processor; pulse until finely ground.
  2. Set aside until needed.
Assembly
  1. Wet rim of 6 oz glass with water; dip into granola Rim Garnish until coated.
  2. Place 5 raspberries and 1 mint leaf into glass.
  3. Combine orange juice, non-alcoholic ginger beer, Citrus Simple Syrup and ice cubes in pitcher; stir until well combined.
  4. Strain out ice and pour 4 oz into glass; add 1 tsp grenadine and serve immediately.

  • Tip: Use lemon or lime wedge to wet rim of glass for additional flavor if desired. For an adult only beverage, add 1.5 oz gin or tequila when combining liquids.
