Chocolate muffins are extra moist and rich, thanks to sour cream and chocolate chips.

  1. Combine cocoa powder, sour cream and chocolate syrup in large mixing bowl.
  2. Add water and muffin mix; stir until smooth.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips; deposit #10 scoop of batter into greased or paper-lined muffin pans.
  4. Bake as directed below and allow to cool before serving.
