Reese's Puffs™ cereal and creamy milk chocolate ice cream are pared with sweet and spicy peppered bacon - now that's a drop-the-mic moment!

Candied Bacon
  1. Add uncooked bacon slices, pepper and brown sugar into small bowl; toss to coat.
  2. Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle remaining sugar onto slices.
  3. Cover with another layer of parchment, then baking sheet; bake as directed below until golden brown and crispy.

Assembly
  1. Combine ice cream and half and half in blender at high speed until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add cereal and bend until crushed, approx. 5-10 seconds.
Finishing
  1. Top with whipped cream and 1 Tbsp cereal; place bacon strips into glass, near edge, and serve immediately.

  • Take presentation to the next level by dipping the glass rim into light corn syrup, then into additional (crushed) cereal chunks and (chopped) Candied Bacon.
