Banana Pudding Shortcakes

What do you get when you combine Pillsbury™ Cornbread Biscuits with vanilla pudding, bananas and ice cream? A delicious dessert of course, and don't forget the caramel, chocolate and vanilla wafers!

Vanilla pudding, prepared

Caramel sauce, prepared

Chocolate sauce, prepared

Prep
  1. Place frozen biscuit dough on parchment-lined full sheet pan in a 3x4 pattern.
  2. Top with parchment paper and an additional sheet pan; bake as directed below until biscuits are golden brown.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 7 minutes of baking.
Assembly
  1. Place biscuit on serving plate; add 1 oz vanilla pudding over top.
  2. Layer on approx. 3 oz sliced bananas; add 1 oz scoop of vanilla ice cream in center.
  3. Pipe 0.5 oz whipped topping on ice cream and drizzle approx. 0.25 oz each of caramel and chocolate sauces.
  4. Garnish with vanilla wafers and serve immediately.
