Look at pancakes a whole new way. Batter baked in a sheet pan is sliced and served with all of the wonderful flavors of the griddle version.

  1. Whisk together water and pancake mix in mixing bowl until batter is smooth. DO NOT OVERMIX.
  2. Deposit 5 lb 4 oz batter into each of 2 greased, full sheet pans; bake as directed below and serve 2 x 3-inch pieces warm.
