Batter
  1. Prepare cake mix according to box directions.
  2. Divide batter equally in to 2 greased or parchment-lined full sheet pans.
  3. Bake as directed below and allow to cool.

*Rotate pans baked in a convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 5 minutes of baking.
Mousse
  1. Add yogurt and whipped topping to large stainless mixing bowl.
  2. Mix with wire whisk until mixture is light and airy and well blended.
Assembly
  1. Cut cooled cake into 12x8 sections in sheet pan giving you 96 squares per sheet pan.
  2. Crumble each square into crumbs (each square will yield approx. 1/4 cup of crumbs).
  3. Place 2 Tbsp (0.3 oz) of cake crumbles in small clear container.
  4. Pipe 0.5 oz of the mousse on top of crumbles.
  5. Layer additional 2 Tbsp (0.3 oz) cake crumbles on top of mousse.
  6. Pipe 0.5 oz of mousse on top of crumbles.
  7. Garnish each container with 2 slices of strawberries on top.
