Batter
  1. Pour water into mixer bowl fitted with wire whisk attachment; add cake mix.
  2. Mix on low speed 30 seconds; stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle.
  3. Mix on medium speed 1 minute or until batter is light and fluffy and holds a slight crease. DO NOT OVERMIX.
  4. Deposit batter into ungreased, parchment-lined half sheet pan; bake as directed below.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool; freeze cake if desired for better handling.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 10 minutes of baking.
Finishing
  1. Cut cake into 1/4-inch cubes and set aside.
  2. Place 0.5 oz raspberry sauce into bottom of shot glass.
  3. Layer 1 Tbsp cubed angel food cake, 1 tsp each of raspberries, strawberries and blueberries.
  4. Pipe 2 oz yogurt on top and serve.
