  1. Place frozen cinnamon roll dough on parchment-lined sheet tray with smooth side facing downward.
  2. Bake as directed until golden brown; cool completely.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 9 minutes of baking.
Assembly
  1. Pipe or scoop 1 oz icing onto 12 cinnamon rolls; place plain roll on top and press together gently to adhere.
  2. Brush edges of egg roll wrapper with water then place filled cinnamon roll into center.
  3. Gently roll up wrapper, folding in sides to secure.
  4. Deep fry in oil preheated to 350°F for 3-4 minutes, turning frequently, until lightly browned.
  5. Remove from oil, drain for a few seconds, then set on cooling rack to cool briefly; serve immediately.

  • Finished egg rolls can be served with your choice of dessert sauce and ice cream for added value.
