Steak fries, prepared, held warm

Curry sauce, prepared, held warm

  1. Thaw baked croissants 30-45 minutes until flexible or refrigerated overnight.
Assembly
  1. Spread 1/2 Tbsp melted butter on each of the inside pieces of the thawed croissant.
  2. Place bottom croissant piece on serving plate and stack 10 steak fries on top.
  3. Deposit #70 scoop (1 Tbsp) curry sauce over fries and place on top croissant piece.
  4. Secure with a sandwich pick if desired and serve immediately.

  • Swap out curry sauce for prepared gravy as other flavor options.
