Chicken Caesar Hand Pies

Parmesan cheese, grilled chicken and Caesar dressing are folded into Pillsbury™ Frozen Pie Dough Rounds for traditional flavors presented in a new way.

Grilled chicken breasts, diced

Caesar dressing

Parmesan cheese, grated

Prep
  1. Thaw pie dough, covered, at room temp. 15-30 minutes until flexible or refrigerate overnight.
  2. Roll each to 5-inch circle on floured surface.
Assembly
  1. Fill dough with 1/4 cup diced chicken, 2 tsp Caesar dressing and 2 tsp Parmesan cheese.
  2. Brush edges with water, fold over to seal and crimp edges with fork.
  3. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet; cut 3 small vent holes.
  4. Bake as directed below until flaky and golden brown; serve warm.
