It's a clever twist on cake pops -- ice cream rounds rolled in Trix™ cereal!

INGREDIENT

Ice cream, vanilla

2 1/2 cups
Mini lollipop sticks
24 each
  1. Place 24 - #40 scoops of ice cream onto chilled parchment-lined sheet pan; chill until hardened, approx. 30 minutes.
  2. Lightly crush cereal on another sheet pan; press ice cream into cereal to coat evenly.
  3. Add stick to each cereal pop and freeze until ready to serve.
