Butter chicken, prepared

Prep
  1. Thaw flatbread covered, either at room temperature for 15-30 minutes or refrigerated overnight.
Assembly
  1. Sprinkle 0.5 oz of shredded gouda over 1/4 of thawed flatbread.
  2. Place 2 oz macaroni and cheese on top, followed by 3 oz butter chicken.
  3. Roll up starting with side with ingredients to form a roll; place seam-side down on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
  4. Add another piece of parchment paper on top, then add an addition sheet pan on top; lightly press down to flatten.
  5. Bake as directed; cut into slices and serve warm.
