Cereal Mixture

Assembly

Cereal Mixture
  1. Spray large mixing bowl with cooking spray.
  2. Add both cereals and banana chips to mixing bowl and combine fully; set aside.
Syrup Mixture
  1. Melt butter in heavy-bottom large saucepan over medium heat; whisk in peanut butter and corn syrup.
  2. Add marshmallows and stir constantly until mixture is fully melted and smooth, about 3-5 minutes.
Assembly
  1. Pour Syrup Mixture over Cereal Mixture and mix well to coat.
  2. Press mixture evenly into greased and parchment-lined full sheet pan; cool at room temperature at least 1 hour.
  3. Melt icing in microwavable bowl, stirring often until pourable; drizzle over bars.
  4. Let cool 15-30 minutes then portion for service.
