Comfort food comes in a bite-size appetizer that layers roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy in a flaky, Pillsbury™ Southern Style Biscuit cup.

Pot roast, beef, fully cooked

Mashed potatoes, prepared

Beef gravy, prepared
2 lb 2.00 oz

Assembly
  1. Thaw biscuits covered, at room temperature 30 minutes or overnight under refrigeration.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters; press each piece into shredded cheese to flatten.
  3. Place biscuit piece into greased mini muffin pans; add 1/2 oz prepared top roast and 1/2 oz mashed potatoes.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 6 minutes of baking.
Finishing
  1. Immediately remove bites from muffin pans; make a well in the center of the potatoes.
  2. Heat prepared gravy; place 1 Tbsp (0.35 oz) in center of mashed potatoes and serve hot.
