Parmesan Pepper Rice Chex™ Crunch

Tortilla chips, Rice Chex™ cereal and popcorn provide the crunch, and parmesan and garlic add bold flavors to a super snack mix.

Corn tortilla chips, broken into pieces

Sweetened condensed milk

Parmesan cheese, shredded

Black pepper

Garlic powder

Parsley flakes, dried

  1. Spray large mixing bowl with pan spray; add cereal, tortilla chip pieces, and popcorn then set aside.
  2. Combine sweetened condensed milk, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, garlic powder and parsley flakes in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Drizzle mixture over cereal mixture and stir gently using rubber spatula to evenly coat.
  4. Transfer mixture onto parchment-lined and sprayed full sheet pan; spread evenly and bake as directed.
  5. Allow to cool completely before serving or storing in air-tight container.
